Dang amazing. Timeless look at this point.
Fantastic. I love the timeless feel of the photographs, which do nothing but enhance the timelessness of the classic Levis denim.Radness.
These are great pictures. Are my eyes playing ticks on me or are these kids wearing slevage denim? Were Levi's finished this way in the 50's?
ahh the days where kids wore dress shoes and not flashy sneakers.
Fantastic shots. The 2nd from bottom of the three lads in engineer boots is a fav. Never thought before but it must have had some subconscious motivation for me to buy those Wescos!
"...are these kids wearing slevage denim? Were Levi's finished this way in the 50's?"I'm pretty sure that all the denim that Levi's used before 1983 was made on projectile looms (selvedge), and was unsanforized until about 1961. Not sure about Lee, Wrangler, or other jeans brands. So most likely, yes, all kids in the 50's were wearing unsanforized, selvedge jeans. Killer pics, indeed!
